Email [email protected]. Include your device model, operating-system version, OUTBOUND version, game mode, shift number and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is useful when the board or artwork is involved.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information. Only send a play log if you deliberately exported it for support.

Accessibility
Clarity Mode, Reduced Motion, Fast Animations and zoom controls can be changed in Settings.
Online results
Include the challenge date, displayed score and chosen display name when reporting a leaderboard issue.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases from the game’s store or settings screen while signed into the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase. If the store shows a successful payment but the entitlement does not appear, include the date, product and platform in your message. Do not email a full payment card number.
Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional. A stable connection may be needed to load and verify an ad. If an ad closes without granting the displayed reward, report the approximate time, device, operating system and the reward that was offered.
Daily Challenge
The Daily Challenge uses the same date-based seed for everyone. A device with an incorrect date or time zone may show an unexpected challenge. Scores can also differ when game versions use different puzzle or scoring rules.
Reporting a fault
Describe the parcel selected, direction used, board mechanism involved and what you expected. If the issue concerns Undo or Recover, say which action immediately preceded it. For visual faults, include a screenshot and whether you were using Fit or an enlarged board.
