How twonk.uk handles technical requests, local preferences and email enquiries.

This website

This notice covers twonk.uk. Rapp and OUTBOUND are unreleased; their development information is linked separately in the footer. Twonk is the name used by the independent developer of these projects.

Hosting and technical data

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and security signals to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare describes its processing in its privacy policy.

The site’s own code has no analytics, advertising or contact-form backend. Its browser security policy permits local scripts and blocks external analytics requests. Hosting settings are separate from this code and require review before deployment.

Motion and preferences

The site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. It does not save a motion preference, appearance choice or parcel selection. The previous version’s local motion setting is removed when you visit.

Email enquiries

Email opens your mail app. If you write to rapp@twonk.uk, the developer receives your email address, message and anything you attach. The owner uses Cloudflare forwarding to deliver enquiries to their inbox. Please include only the information needed to answer your question; do not send private lyrics, passwords or payment details.

Enquiries are used to answer you and manage the request. The relevant lawful basis is legitimate interests in handling correspondence, or a legal obligation where a request requires one. Messages should be retained only while needed for the enquiry and any applicable legal requirements. The inbox provider and final retention process are being documented before app release.

Your rights and questions

UK data-protection law gives rights, depending on the circumstances, to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive personal data and to object to certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Send a request to rapp@twonk.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

The developer’s full legal identity, contact details and relevant provider arrangements must be confirmed for the final notices. This development notice does not certify that the website or apps meet every legal requirement.
