Who publishes Rapp
Rapp is published by Adam Brennan, trading as twonk. Contact privacy@twonk.uk about privacy or rapp@twonk.uk for app support.

Writing on your device
Songs, rhyme decisions, pronunciation changes, recovery checkpoints and preferences are stored locally. Rhyme and syllable analysis runs on your device. The writing tools do not require a Rapp account or send your lyrics to twonk. twonk does not run adverts in Rapp or use an app analytics service.
Your keyboard and backups
Your phone keyboard controls spelling, suggestions and dictation under its own settings and privacy policy. Your device or cloud backup provider may back up app data. Rapp library backups include lyrics, deleted songs, recovery history, learned rhymes and preferences. Exporting or sharing sends the file to the app or destination you choose.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes optional colour-pack purchases. Rapp reads store purchase records to unlock and restore the pack and keeps the confirmed unlock state on this device. Rapp does not receive your card details. Store providers process transaction information under their own privacy policies. Billing libraries contact the store for product information, ownership checks and transactions. The store may process technical information about those requests under its own privacy policy.
Support and links
Opening a website, donation page or email app shares information with that service under its own policy. If you email support, twonk receives the address, message and attachments you choose to send. Do not send private lyrics unless needed for your request. The public twonk.uk policy explains website and support-email handling.
The website privacy notice explains hosting and email handling. Apple describes its processing in its privacy policy; Google describes its processing in its privacy policy.
Removing your data
Move songs to Deleted to keep them recoverable for 30 days, or permanently delete them sooner. Permanent deletion also removes local checkpoints for that song. Deleting a song does not erase learned relationships in the rhyme bank; remove those separately. Uninstalling removes local app data, subject to your device backup settings. Copies you exported remain wherever you saved them.
Your rights and questions
Where UK data-protection law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive personal data, and to object to certain processing. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances. Contact twonk about a request using the privacy address above.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
