Report an app issue
Include your device model, Android or iOS version, Rapp version and the steps that caused the issue. Remove private lyrics, account details and payment information from screenshots or attachments.
Backups and purchases
Keep a separate .rapp library backup before changing phones or uninstalling Rapp. To restore the Supporter Colour Pack, use Restore purchases with the same store account. Apple and Google purchases are separate. Use your store’s purchase history for refund requests; contact twonk if you need help.
